Gitlax̱t’aamiks Village Government is currently working on planning to ensure that our constituents can stay informed via Live Broadcasting and Archived Council videos online. This will include having agendas available to viewing online.
How to stay informed on Council Meetings:
- Contact our Office to request information; agendas, Financial Statements or other packages available for public viewing
- Lobby elected officials
- Request a Gitlax̱t’aamiks Village Government Monthly Calendar, which has the dates of all council meetings for the year
To make a written submission to Council or Committee about a matter on a meeting agenda or within the jurisdiction of Gitlax̱t’aamiks Village Government, email your letter or comments to corporateclerk@peopleofthegrizzly.com or fax 250 633 2271. Please note, letters must be signed and include your name and address. Also note that, in most instances, written and email correspondence addressed to Chief and Council become public documents once received by the Village Government.
