20 student from NESS attended and completed the Trades Awareness Program at the UA Piping Industry College of BC located at the Terrace Campus. The program, lead by Kevin Jeffery, introduces students to various trades offered at the Terrace Campus. Students had the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities in Carpentry, Culinary Arts, Electrical, Hairdressing, Welding, and Plumbing. The program ran from January 20th to March 14th and the students were awarded with certificates of completion on April 2nd 2025. Kevin brought pizza and pop for the 15 students who were in attendance for the ceremony.
