We are thrilled to announce that four extremely excited new homeowners have received the keys to their beautiful 3-bedroom homes! These homes, each boasting 1,173 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed space, feature vaulted ceilings and a modern layout that perfectly blends comfort and functionality.
Cedar Ridge Construction, the team behind these stunning homes, began work on April 8th, 2024. The company’s dedication and craftsmanship have truly brought these homes to life. But the work doesn’t stop here! Cedar Ridge is committed to completing six more homes in 2025. This includes four additional 3-bedroom homes and two 3-bedroom homes with basements.
In a generous gesture, Cedar Ridge has also donated materials and supplies for a 10×8 smokehouse to be added to each of the properties. This thoughtful addition will provide the homeowners with a unique and culturally significant feature, further enriching their living experience.
